The WIC program offers an eWIc card that can be used to buy healthy food, personalized nutrition information and support for prenatal, postpartum, and children 0-5 years, tips for eating well to improve health Immunization, breastfeeding support, and referrals for services that can benefit the whole family.
Income guidelines: To be income eligible for WIC benefits, an economic unit (household) may earn up to and including 185% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
